Ms. June Wilkins, age 71, of Jacksonville, passed away early Sunday Morning, June 18, 2023 at the Hadlow Center for Caring in Jacksonville after a brief illness. She was born in Patuxent, Maryland to the late William Leroy Wilkins and Selma Marie Mobley Wilkins. June graduated from the Nathan Bedford Forrest High School and worked as a Bookkeeper. After her retirement, she lived with and cared for her mother in Jacksonville, Florida. She is preceded in death by both of her parents.

She is survived by her brother, David Wilkins (Kathy) of Greensboro, NC; her best friend, Carolyn Hardin of Jacksonville, FL; and her cousin, Marlene Gregory of Atlanta, GA.

There will be a private family graveside memorial service held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations please be considered to your favorite charity of choice. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME.
