Judy Ann Beavers, 78 of Lake City, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City.  She was born in Genesee County, Michigan to the late George Ecker and Betty Jane VanSlyke Ecker.  Ms Beavers had made her home in Lake City for the past five years having moved here from Vero Beach.  She was a longtime resident of Flint Township, Michigan and a member of the Fenton Road Baptist Church in Flint.  While living in Vero Beach she was very active at the Palm Garden of Vero Beach with senior activities.  Ms Beavers was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Kenneth Beavers; and three siblings, Ted, John and Linda.

Survivors include her daughters, Heather Sargent, Lake City and Ruthie Beavers, Burton, MI; her foster daughter, Rose Crow, MI; six grandchildren, Hanna, Joshua, Dominik, Ryan, Ethan, Kearsten and Morgan; two great grandchildren, Benjamin and Oliver; and many special nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
