IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Judith Ann
Williams
September 8, 1941 – March 11, 2022
Judith Ann Williams passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Haven Hospice Care Center in Lake City, Florida. She was born on September 8, 1941, passing away at the age of 80. Judy dedicated her life to helping others, building lasting friendships, cracking jokes, and dutifully practicing her Catholic faith. Her love for Jesus was known to all she met.
After starting a family and raising four boys, Judy went back to school and earned both a bachelors and masters degree. She went on to build a remarkable career in social work and addiction counseling, meeting many incredible people along the way. With over 50 years of sobriety herself, Judy was easily able to connect with those she helped. She was beyond compassionate, often trying to give away everything she had to those in need. She would often bring food to the poorer parts of her community, and even invited people into her home. All of her good deeds are a testament of Judy's devotion to Jesus.
Judy is survived by her beloved children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be missed by all, but her jokes will live on through her network of friends, family, and colleagues.
A church service is being held for Judy Williams on Friday March 18, 2022 at 11 am at Epiphany Catholic Church in Lake City, Florida. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities Lake City at 583 NW Railroad St., Lake City, FL 32055, in memory of Mrs. Williams.
