Janet Moses Dalrymple, 82 of Lake City, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at the Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City.  She was born the oldest of two children to the late Noidrie Moses and Juanita Jewell Gilbert Moses in Dade City, Florida.  Ms. Dalrymple lived most of her life in Lake City and was a graduate of Columbia High School class of 1958.  She enjoyed cross stitching, needlepoint, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family and her beloved cats.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Jerald Dalrymple, in 2016.

Survivors include her children, Teri Guth (Ed), Lake City, Desi Joye (Ken), Lake City and Ty Jordan (Nicole), Starke; her brother, Noidrie Moses, Jr., Lake City; six grandchildren including her caregiver for the past few years, Zachary Guth, Caleb, Justin, Jordan, Kaleigh and Nicolas; and nine great grandchildren.

Graveside memorial services at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
