Ms. Jane Annette Kelly Clements, 78, a long- time resident of Temple Terrace, Florida, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, December 28, 2015, surrounded by her loving family.  Her sweet, loving and giving spirit touched everyone she came in contact with. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Mancil and Annette Kelly of Lake City, Florida.

Jane graduated from Columbia High School in 1956 and attended FSU where she was named "Miss Personality" for her Tri-Delta sorority. She was an awarded civic leader where she served in many capacities including: President of the Temple Terrace Junior Women's Club, Library board member, President of the PTA, and Artistic Director for Masque Community Theatre. From there, she became a successful Realtor and then fulfilled a life-long dream by establishing Stars Talent Agency.

Jane is survived by her adoring children, Roland Sidney Clements, Jr. (Terry Goddard II), Pasadena, California, Christopher Alan Clements (Carmen), Ocala, Florida, Kelly Jane Hoffman (Paul), Tampa, Florida. She was cherished by her five grandchildren Clementine, Dexter, Grace, Feraby, Daniel, and beloved sister Judy Kelly Cole (Richard) and brothers Robert L. Kelly and Mancil Reeves Kelly, Jr.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 3pm at Gateway Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Robert Bass officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will immediately precede the service at 2pm at the funeral home.
