Mrs. Jacqueline Harrell Rich, 87, of Lake City entered the arms of Jesus on Sunday, July 21, 2024. A native of Bainbridge, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Joe C. and Mary F. Sellers Harrell. Mrs. Rich loved music and played the dulcimer, autoharp, and piano and enjoyed her prayer groups and bible studies. Her and her husband owned and operated the Lighthouse Christian Bookstore from 1975-2001 where she shared Jesus with everyone she could. She attended Christian Heritage Church and was preceded in death by her husband Jackson B. "Jack" Rich in 2005

Mrs. Rich is survived by her son, Kevin B. Rich (Margaret) of Grant, Alabama; daughter Kimberly Cole of Lake City; Sister, Juniel Davis of Lawrenceville, Georgia; grandchildren, Nathan B. Rich (Bethany), Joseph B. Rich (Rochelle), Tyler Hagler, Lauren O'Hern (Joey), and Michael Hagler; great grandchildren, Jackson L. Rich, Eliza L. Rich, and one on the way.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Moreau officiating. Interment will follow at Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 2:00-3:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
