Mr. Jack Peek, 57, a resident of Lake City, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday morning, August 6, 2009. He was born July 24, 1952 to the late Thomas D. & Nellie M. Peek. He was the best husband, dad, and Papa the World has ever known. He is preceded in death by his sister, Marilyn Ray.

Mr. Peek is survived by his wife of 38 years, Debra L. Peek of Lake City, FL; son, Charles R. Peek; daughter, Olivia D. Peek; brothers, Billy R. Peek & Vince A. Peek; sisters, Carolyn Morgan, Joan Gaddy, and Sharon Glass; grandchildren, Siera Peek, Tyler Pope, Caleb Pope, Dylan Taylor and Landen Peek and several loved ones & friends also survive.

Funeral services for Jack Peek will be conducted on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Darryl Tomlinson officiating. Internment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
