Harold Wayne Harless, 79 of White Springs was born in Bristol, Virginia to the late Leroy & Essie Harless of Bristol, Tennessee.  Mr. Harless had lived in White Springs since 1975 having moved from Bristol, Tennessee.  He worked and retired from PCS in White Springs with 25 years of employment. Mr. Harless enjoyed hunting, fishing and racing.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He was preceded in death by his son Curtis Harless, daughter Carolyn Page, brother, Kenneth Harless, sisters, Joyce Walker, Lillian Jones and Sandra Wright; one grandson, Colton McHaney and his first wife, Gladys Harless.

Survivors include his wife Betty Powell Harless; one sister, Margaret Potter (Raymond); daughters, Cynthia Malone, Penny Yearta and Marilyn Green (Donald); 8 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 4 great-grandsons and 2 great-granddaughters; stepsons, Daryl McHaney (Sue) and Dwayne McHaney (Melissa); stepdaughters, Sheila Dunaway (Monroe), Sharon Glover (Darrell), Sherry Blankenship (Jamie) and Toni Cabe (Arnold); 11 step-grandsons, 3 step-granddaughters, 10-step-great grandsons, 3 step-great granddaughters and many nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Riverside Cemetery in White Springs, FL with Pastor Randy Ogburn officiating.
