Harlan E. Markham, 85 of Lake City, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center.  He was a lifelong resident of Lake City and only child to the late Horace C. and Eddie Lou Everett Markham. He was a charter member of Parkview Baptist Church and worked many years for Brown Realty & Abstract.  He loved working in his yard and always had beautiful flowers for all to see.

He is survived by Robbie Lee Douberley (Leland), his closest relative along with his numerous extended cousins, family members and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the Parkview Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Tatem, pastor, officiating.  Interment will follow at Memorial Cemetery.
