Gloria Musser, age 79, of Lake City, FL, went to be with the Lord early Friday morning on June 21, 2024. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her devoted family after succumbing to her two-year battle with stage IV lung cancer.

Gloria was born January 5, 1945 in Miami, FL to Warren and Grace Huff. Gloria was a proud resident of Florida her entire life and lived in various cities, including Panama City, Kissimmee, Jensen Beach, and Lake City. She enjoyed gardening with her flowers and her birds, and one of her greatest passions was volunteering with her church family to help others in need.

Gloria was preceded in death by her father, Warren; her mother, Grace; and, her brother, Bill. She is survived by her adoring husband of nearly 41 years, Jimmy Musser; daughter, Kim (David) Routen; granddaughters, Ella, Charlotte, and Audrey; sister, Nancy Wallace; stepdaughters, Kelli Spaeth and Lori (Chris) Branham; step granddaughters, Tiffany, Anna, and Brittany; 3 step great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Musser will be conducted on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Dr. Mike Tatem officiating.  Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be Monday evening, June 24, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Community Hospice & Palliative Care of Columbia County are greatly appreciated.
