IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Gerald Edmund
Hale
November 28, 1937 – January 15, 2021
Gerry Hale was a wonderful person. He was born in Los Angeles but raised in Denver, CO. He was a Master Electrician, he worked on the missile silos and airports and in the Climax mines and he helped people out with their electrical problems and refused any payment. He was just happy to help out.
He lived in Roatan Honduras for 11 years before moving back to the states. When a hurricane hit and destroyed the electrical power plant, he got it up and running for all the residents. He moved to Lake City in 2003 and lived in Canon Creek Airpark for many years. He learned to fly and built his own airplane after a short time. He still has lots of friends here in Lake City. His all time passion was to build antique cars and go to car shows. He has won many trophies for best in show. He was very proud of his 1901 replica Ford that he built from plans, that he donated to a museum in Branson Missouri. Pat and Gerry traveled the Caribbean and the western United States after he retired from working.
He is survived by his wife Patricia R Hale, his son Randy Hale and step son Paul Langford and daughter Jamie Prinz: Grandchildren: Michael Hale, Logan James Hale, Adrianna Janae Johnson, Paul Langford Jr..
