Franklin Earl West was born September 7, 1942, in Charleston, SC to the late Dwight Ellison West and Ruth Corine Rush.  He was a resident of Columbia County since 2005 and a member of the International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Union.  Frank answered the Master's call on November 29, 2024, in the love and comfort of his home.

Frank was predeceased by the love of his life and best friend, Wanda Marie West, his loving wife of 46 years; brother Dwight E. West; sisters Dorthy Vogt, Frances Sheilds, Peggy Lee West and Jackie Stearns.

Loving memories are left with his daughter Crystal Lynn West; sons Franklin Earl West, Jr and William (Billy) Rickard West; sister Debby Shackelford; hosts of nieces' nephews, grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
