Frank L. Acquaro, Jr., 77 of Fort White, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the North Florida Rehabilitation and Specialty Care in Gainesville.  He was born in Newburgh, New York to the late Frank L. and Dorothy Gracyn Acquaro, Sr.  Mr. Acquaro had made his home in Fort White for the past 3 years having moved here from Port St. Lucie, Florida, where he was a longtime resident.  He retired from the St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant and enjoyed restoring and rebuilding cars, going to car shows and especially his "32 Ford".

Survivors include his two sons, Frank D. Acquaro, Port St. Lucie and Tony A. Acquaro (Kay), Fort White; his daughter, Julie VanMersbergen (Ray), Fort White; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
