Obituary
Francis "Dutch" G. Delbene, 72 of Lake City, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at his home. He was born in Albany, New York to the late Francis Frank Delbene and Kathryn Schram Delbene. Mr. Delbene made his home in Lake City since 1989.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Donna M. Delbene, Lake City.
A memorial gathering was held on February 19, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the families home.
