Edward Thomas Abdon, 72 of Lake City, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2021.  He was born in Homestead, Florida to the late Enver Edward Abdon and Florence Miller Abdon.  Mr. Abdon had made Lake City his home for the past 10 years having previously been a longtime resident of Homestead.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a longtime and active member of both the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  Mr. Abdon was preceded in death by his sister, Sally Noblin.

Survivors include his daughter, Molly Noble (Benjamin), St. Marys, GA; and three grandchildren, Rowen, Reagan and Remi Noble, St. Marys, GA; and many friends from both Homestead and Lake City.

A memorial service honoring his life will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 3:00PM at the American Legion in Lake City.  Interment will follow at a later date at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
