Donna Charlene Rush Duncan, 60 of Fort White, Florida, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the Haven Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center.  She was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, moved to Live Oak, Florida in 1978 and had been a longtime resident of Fort White.  Mrs. Duncan was a graduate of Suwannee High School class of 1978 and she furthered her education at the Lake City Community College earning her associate degree.  She had a tremendous love for all animals.  Mrs. Duncan was also an avid reader and she loved to read about history and medical journals.  She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Eugene Rush.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas J. Duncan, Fort White; her mother, Charlotte Rush, Crystal River; two daughters, Elyse Mosley (Brandon), Fort White and Emily Anderson (Tyler), Jacksonville; two sisters, Carolyn Rush, Lake City and Tammy Nott (Robert), Crystal River; and two grandchildren, Sybil Duncan and Jonathon Anderson.

A Celebration of Life service will be held privately at a later date.
