Donna "Ellen" Billingsley, 74, of White Springs, Florida passed away peacefully at her residence on July 1, 2023. Ellen was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Dale Luton and Betty Luton (Coatney) on June 10, 1949. Ellen graduated from Will Rogers High School (Class of 1967) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She enjoyed a few different careers before settling down at the Hamilton County Prison where she eventually retired from her Administrative Assistant duties. She is survived by her three children Lori Lubold (Kerry) of Ft. White, FL. Billy Billingsley (Nynah) of Live Oak, FL. and Brittney Billingsley (Annie) of White Springs, FL. She is also survived by her sister, Linda Jackson (Ron) of Grove, OK. Ellen also leaves behind several grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nephews and nieces. Ellen is also preceded in death by the father of her children, Bill Billingsley, step-father, Charles Coatney, and grandson Jacob Lubold.

She enjoyed her visits with all the ladies who served her at Fat Belly's and adored each of you. Thank you for making her feel so special. Ellen also spoke very highly of her close friend, Mrs. Patti Williams, whom she loved dearly.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
