Mr. Donald Timothy Tuell, 64, of Lake City, passed away Monday evening, April 23, 2018 at the Lake City Medical Center after a sudden illness. He was born in Washington County, Virginia on February 4, 1954 to the late Donald and Rose Pruitt Tuell. He has made Lake City his home since 1998, moving here from the MacClenny area. Mr. Tuell was legally blind, but could do anything anyone could do. He was the owner/operator of Snack-Em-Up Inc., and was very active in helping with the Division of Blind Services. He loved to collect old die-cast cars, listen to old rock-n-roll music, football and NASCAR. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years; Cathy Marie Tuell of Lake City; daughter; Ashley Lambeth (Joshua) of North Carolina; grandchildren; Boston and Bane Lambeth of North Carolina; and his brother; Michael Tuell (Yvonne) of St. Augustine. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial services for Mr. Tuell will be conducted on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at his home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be considered to the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, 207 N. San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
