Dennis Calvin "Zot" Bozzuto, 65, of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, February 2, 2021 at the Haven-Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center in Lake City after an extended illness. He was born in New Haven, Connecticut to Shirley Bertrand Bozzuto and the late Calvin Joseph Bozzuto. He has made Lake City his home most of his life and worked as a Farmer and Mechanic in the agricultural industry for many years. In his spare time, Zot enjoyed tinkering on anything, doing farming and mechanical work as well as tending to his goats and loved spending time with his dogs. Zot is preceded in death by his brother, Mark Bozzuto

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Bozzuto of Lake City; sisters, Diane Whipple (Tom) of DeLand, FL, Laurie Polhill (Alton) and Lisa Waites (Marty) both of Lake City. Numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive.

A graveside funeral mass for Zot will be conducted on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Father Bob Hoffman officiating.
