Mrs. Denise "Dede" Bullard, 55, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the Suwannee Valley Care Center (Haven Hospice) following an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Bonnie Lang Fralick she is preceded in death by one brother David Fralick and a sister Valorie Fralick. Dede enjoyed going to the river, hosting and cooking for people and spending time with her family. Her family said, "She was the rock of the family."

Dede is survived by her husband of thirty-two years, Junior Bullard, Lake City, FL; one daughter, Ashlen Bullard, Lake City, FL; her two brothers, Kenneth Fralick (Terri) and Luther Fralick, both of Lake City, FL.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 18, 2025, in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Ronnie Russ officiating.
