Deborah Lucille Platt, 66, of Lake City, passed away on Monday evening, April 10, 2023 at the Lake City Veterans Administration Hospital after an extended illness. She was born in Bradenton, Florida on November 4, 1956 to the late Eugene Platt and Lucille Elmore Platt. She was a US Navy Veteran, serving for over 17 years and worked with the Federal Government for a little over 30 years, working in Virginia, Puerto Rico, San Diego & Guam during that time. In her spare time, she enjoyed collecting many different things.

She is survived by her brothers, Eugene Platt (Donna) of High Springs and Charles Platt of Bradenton. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A graveside funeral service with military honors for Ms. Platt will be conducted on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the Fogartyville Cemetery in Bradenton, FL. Interment will follow.
