David Richard Hunter

David Richard Hunter, 70, of Bell, Florida, passed away on Monday afternoon, July 13, 2026 at the Windsor Health and Rehabilitation center in Starke after a brief illness. He was born in 1955 to Richard Hunter and Marjorie Louise (Bradley) Hunter in Detroit on August 15, 1955; and lived and attended school and graduated from Crestwood High, Mantua, Ohio.

David had three siblings, Linda Bunting of Newberry, Florida, Joseph Hunter (preceded in death) of Mantua, Ohio and James Hunter of Bell, Florida; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews who loved him.

David moved to Mathews, South Carolina with his wife Jane in the 1980s. In 1995 he was blessed with his daughter, Nicole Hunter of South Carolina. He worked many years for Hale Truck and Trailor. 2000 after his divorce, he moved to Bell, Florida. Working for Pritchard Trucking till his retirement.

He will be sadly missed by family and friends.
