Daria Lynn Hysell, 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on December 17, 2025, in Lake City, Florida. She was born on August 15, 1953, in Moline, Illinois to Darrel Wayne and Patsy Anne Bognar.

Daria grew up in Clearwater, Florida. She graduated from Largo High School in 1971, then traveled to Wurzburg, Germany, to spend time with her husband, who was in the United States Army. She went on to work for the Pinellas County School Board, where she retired in 1994 and moved to Lake City, Florida.  She was happily married to her husband Charles (Chuck) Hysell II, for 50 Years. They lived in Clearwater, Florida, from 1972 to 1994, when they moved to Live Oak, Florida. Daria loved fishing, playing cards, bowling, animals, and spending time with friends and family.

Daria was preceded in death by her husband Charles (Chuck) Hysell II, mother and father, Patsy Bognar (Carter) and Darrel Bognar, brother Robbie Bognar, mother and stepfather-in-law Laura Hysell (Stapleton) and Jesse Stapleton, father-in-law Charles Walton Hysell, sister in- law Linda Phillips, brothers-in-law Lonnie and Matt Hysell.

Daria is survived by her daughter Dina Annay Simpson (Ravene), son Charles (Charlie) Walton Hysell III (Rebecca), grandkids Alexx, Braydyn, Aubrey, and Abigail Hysell, sister Wendy Thomas (Richard), many cherished nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
