Dale R. Moody, 52 of Lake Butler and formerly of Miami, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 after a long battle with bladder cancer.  Dale was a loving son, brother, father, Papa and friend to many.  His laughter, practical jokes and the love for his family will be deeply missed.  Dale is preceded in death by his daughter, Heather E. Moody.

Survivors include his parents, Robert and Gay Moody; brother, Robert (Carol) Moody; sisters, Tricia (Duane) Ranard and Mitzi Moody; three sons, Dale (Dana) Moody, Brannon Moody, Anthony Moody; his daughter, Shireen Moody; wife, Fabie Moody; four grandchildren, Autumn Moody, Landen Moody, Catherine Moody and Emmitt Rose; 5 nephews, 2 nieces, 2 great nephews and 4 great nieces also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel of Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Hugh Sherrill officiating.  Visitation with the family will be prior to the service from 11:00am to 11:45 am.
