Craig Anthony Gunderson, 34 of Lake City, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018.  He was born in Houston, Texas to the late Darlene Johnson.  Craig was an avid Florida Gator fan and he enjoyed swimming, free diving, traveling abroad, golfing and fishing.  He was currently working at United States Cold Storage and had been for the past 5 years.  Craig loved his dog Louie and had taught him to give a high-five when the Gators scored a touchdown.  He was a friend to all, family oriented, a beloved father, uncle and brother.   Craig was preceded in death by his mother, his grandmother, Shirley Swilley and his sister, Dasha Prince.

Survivors include his daughter, Kendall Rose Gunderson; Fiance`, Ashley Rose Jones; brother, Lee Freeman; sister, Serena Norris; nephew, Christopher Hayden Norris; niece, Lilian Irene Freeman; and cousins, Emory, Tia and Joe Johnson.

A memorial service will be conducted on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 4:00 PM in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel.
