Clara B. Carrell, 92, of Panama City, Florida, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Community Health and Rehabilitation Center in Panama City, Florida. She was born in South Carolina to the late John L. and Mamie "Herman" Babb. She was a loving mother, grand, great and great great grandmother who devoted her time caring for her family.
Survivors include her daughters, Nancy (Bruce) Pennington and Madeline Carrell; 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild also survive.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 12, 2014 in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, two hours prior to service time (12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.) at the funeral home.
