Carl D. Lippi, 82, of Lake City, passed away peacefully at Solaris Healthcare on Monday afternoon, January 18, 2021. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on March 15, 1938 to the late Paul Lippi and Sophie Kosarich Lippi. He has made Suwannee County his home since 1975, moving here from the Hollywood, Florida area. He was a United States Veteran, serving in the United States Navy. He was a member of the San Juan Catholic Church in Branford and worked as a Flooring Installer in the construction industry for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, aquariums and gardening. He leaves behind a beloved wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other caring family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Joan A. Lippi; son, Paul A. Lippi (Sarah); daughters, Beverly J. Miller (Marvin) and Deborah J. Haskett (Gene); brother, Raymond Lippi (Shirley); seven grandchildren, April Mizzoni Stinson, Ashley Odom, Joseph Mizzoni, Audrey Phillips, Carlee Hemphill, Ross Haskett and Paul D. Lippi; nine great-grandchildren, Triston Odom, Ashton Odom, Sophia Odom, Kimber Lippi, Halle Green, Anderson and Emerson Hemphill, Jayden Bell and Cy Stinson also survive.

A memorial service for Mr. Lippi will be conducted on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (one hour prior to the service) at the funeral home.
