Brandie Lee Kemp, 41, daughter of Sam and Barbara Lee Sweat passed away December 20, 2015 after a sudden illness. Brandie was born in Valdosta, Georgia but was raised in Lake City and was a graduate of the CHS Class of 1992. She enjoyed Netflix, Nascar, Florida Gators, and spending time with her loved ones. Her laugh was contagious and her memory will live on in those that loved her.

She is survived by her parents, two sons, Cross Kemp and Samuel Carrier, two sisters Ashley Martin (Artie) and Amy Houghton, one brother Gary Sweat (Toni), six nieces Phalon, Jaime, Ashtyn, Chelsey, Karly, and Cheryl, six nephews Austin, Kellen, Zachary, Tristen, Cody, and Jordan, and her dog Ryder

Memorial services and a celebration of her life will be conducted on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
