Betty (Elizabeth) Brock Spedale, 82 of Lake City passed away peacefully Sunday morning, August 9, 2020. She was born in Asher, Kentucky on April 21, 1938 to Claude and Hazel Brock. She worked many years as a florist and caregiver. She lived in Lake City for many years and was of the Apostolic faith. She loved caring for others, writing poetry, shopping with family and friends and riding around with her sweet little furry companion Elmo.  She is preceded in death by her son Greg Revis.

She is survived by her two children: Tina (Donald) Gaylord of Branford and Marty (Jamie) Revis of Lake City. Eight grandchildren: Kristy (Wayne) Rizer of Obrien, Chad (Tiffany) Gaylord of Mayo, Troy Revis of Bell, Holly (Justin) Paradise of Riverview, Katie (Greg) Sego of North Carolina,  Greg Revis of Ocala, Marty (Shannon) Revis, Ethan Revis both of Lake City. Sixteen great grandchildren also survive: Brandon, Cameron and Ava Gaylord, Charlotte Sego, Lucas, Leighton,  Ayden and Ella Paradise, Peyton, Hunter, Colton and Grayson Revis, Aden Revis, Raelee, Brooklyn and Linda Revis. Siblings: Lonnie Brock, Carlos Brock, Gretta Mason and Bobby Brock.

Memorial services for Miss Betty will be conducted on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 4:00 PM at the Gateway- Forest Lawn  Chapel. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service starting at 3:00 PM. A private interment will be conducted at a later date in Kentucky.

Family and friends attending the service are encouraged to follow CDC social distancing guidelines. .
