Barbara Ann Collins Williams, 68, of Orange Park passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at Haven Hospice in Orange Park following a lengthy illness. A native of Lake City, Barbara Ann was the daughter of the late Algia B. Collins, Sr. and Cleavy Wheeler Collins, and was a graduate of Columbia High School Class of 1965. Barbara Ann was a NASCAR fan, Atlanta Braves fan, loved watching college football, and was of the Baptist faith.

Barbara Ann is survived by her son, Jamieson Williams of Tallahassee; daughters, Melissa Johnson and Kelli Johnson both of Orange Park; brother, Mike Collins, Sr. (Pat) of Lake City; many cousins also survive.

Funeral services for Barbara Ann will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jerry Tyre officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00 (one hour before service time) at the funeral home.
