Barbara Elaine Mc Laughlin, 72, of Lake City, Florida went home to be with the Lord, on January 18, 2014. She was born in Hollywood, Florida to the Althea "Pinner" Joshlyn and the late Earnest Joshlyn and had lived here in Columbia County for the past 20 years.
She was a loving mother, grand and great grandmother who enjoyed traveling, playing Bingo, and rooting on her NASCAR favorite, M&M's, #18 Kyle Busch.
She was preceded in death by her father, and her beloved husband of 27 years, Robert Curtis McLaughlin.
Survivors include her sons, Robert C. McLaughlin of Coral Springs, FL and Scott A. McLaughlin of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; daughters, Vikki R. McLaughlin of Prescott, AZ and Cyndie R. Mooney of Davie, FL; grandchildren, Keely, Ashleigh, Dalton, and Bobby; great grandchildren, Chantz, Chazz, and Aleah.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014 in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lonnie Johns officiating. Visitation with the family will be held two hours prior to service time (10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.) at the funeral home.
