Angela D. Barrett, 64, of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at the HCA Florida – Lake City Hospital, after a sudden illness. She was born in Port Clinton, Ohio on February 23, 1959. She has lived between the states of Florida and Tennessee since 1996 and worked in the Transportation Industry. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Luster and her brother, Jeff Luster.

She is survived by her mother, Betty Luster of Tennessee; daughters, Catessa Luster of Tennessee and Cora Phillips (Marvin Blye) of Starke, FL; her significant other, Moses Haines of Lake City; and her brother, Darren Luster (Angie) of Tennessee. Four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive.

Per Ms. Barrett's wishes, services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME.
