Andrew Charles Fahrny, 39, of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. He was born on August 7, 1984 in Pittsburgh, PA; and moved to Wellington, Florida in 1988 and then moved to Lake City in 1998. He was a 2001 graduate from Richwood High School in Richwood, West Virginia. He loved the ocean, the gulf; and especially the rivers. He was always surrounded by his brothers from another mother and had many friends from West Virginia to West Palm Beach that he remained in contact with. The most lasting ones though, were in Lake City. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fahrny; his paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents as well as his stepfather, Jack Ambrosine and Uncle Robert.

He is survived by his mother, Janice Ambrosine of Lake City; sister, Michelle Gbur; nephew, Justin; brother, Mike and nephew Michael all of Pittsburgh; his mother's sister, Aunt Joyce along with cousins, Kimberly and Stacey as well as numerous second cousins also survive.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Fahrny will be conducted on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Christ Central. A meal will follow the service in the church Bistro. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME.
