Amy P. Baker, 51, of Ellisville, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Amy was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 20, 1969 and has made the Lake City/Ellisville area her home most of her life. She was currently a Manager with Cracker Barrel here in Lake City and was also working part time with the Sonny's Restaurant in Alachua. Amy was a very independent and strong person. She was always encouraging her daughter, whether it be with a volleyball game or tournament or with her school work. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, watching Hallmark movies, being involved with her daughter's various activities, going to the beach and lake, and even going to Disney Springs. In her earlier years, she also enjoyed riding Horses. Amy was also a 1987 graduate of Columbia High School.

Amy is survived by her loving daughter, Hanna Baker (David Oliver) of Lake City; her parents, John & Connie Lee of Ellisville; brother, Corry Lee (Tobyn) of Ellisville; sisters, Rosanna McAdams (Chris) of Lake City and Trish Brewington (Chuck) of Lake City; nieces and nephews, Trace Lee, Coby Lee, Chaz Lee and Khloe Allgary; step-children, Logan Baker of Branford, Chelsey Hackleman (Jarren) of Nebraska and Cierra Burner (Cord) of Arizona. She is also survived by her favorite little companion "Lily".

A funeral service for Amy will be conducted on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Cody Lord officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation beginning at 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.
