Amos David Bousquet, 37, of Lake City, Fl., passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016, following an extended illness.

Born April 29, 1978 in Mesa, Arizona to Bruce David Bousquet Sr., and Sherry McKinley Bousquet. His life was always exciting and he loved his family so much. He had many friends and will be missed. Mr. Bousquet will forever be remembered .

Survivors include his two sons; Austin and Caleb Bousquet, his parents Bruce and Sherry Bousquet, his brother;  Bruce Bousquet Jr., and his wife Kimberly Cook-Bousquet, and three nephews, two nieces, aunts , uncles, and cousins also survive.
