Mr. Allen Tuggle, 56 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015 at his home. He was born in Lake City and was the owner and manager of N&W Drycleaners in Lake City for many years. Mr. Tuggle was a member of the Abundant Grace Community Church in Gainesville. Whether Allen was zipping around a mountain curve on his motorcycle, jumping from an airplane, or living his dream of becoming a pilot and flying to visit his grandchildren that adored their "Poppie", he LOVED adventure! Most all of these adventures were accompanied and enjoyed by his "Co-pilot" in life, his best friend and love of his life, Liz, his wife of almost 38 years. While he loved all of these earthly joys, he would say that his greatest adventure is the relationship he experienced with the Jesus who saved him and the God he loved.

Survivors include his wife, Lisbeth "Liz" Sessler Tuggle, Lake City; one son, Elijah Allen Tuggle (Kristina), Auburn, AL; one daughter, Whitney Joy Tuggle Loria (David), New Orleans, LA; his father and mother, Cornelius Jackson "Jack" and Jackie June Turner Tuggle, Lake City; one brother, Clay Tuggle; four sisters, Patty Nettles (Rodney), Teri Bedenbaugh (Al), Dacee Tuggle and Lori Carroll (Bob); three grandchildren, Amos Kosch Loria, Reid Leo Loria and Elena Addy Tuggle also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Tuggle will be conducted on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Hopeful Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Old Providence Baptist Cemetery in Union County. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8:00 PM Friday evening at the funeral home.
