Agnes P. Addison, 81 of Ft. White, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020, at her home with her family by her side.  She was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Joseph B. Putman and Velma L. Stevenson Putman.  Mrs. Addison had made Ft. White her home for several years and was preceded in death by her late husband, J. Frederick Addison in 1991.

Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth "Cookie" Verdi (Tim); two sons, Jimmy Addison and Terry Addison (Pat); grandchildren, David Verdi, Jay Verdi, Eddie Sullivan, Cindy Jones, Christine Rihm, Billy Rihm, Tricia Ramsaran and numerous great-grandchildren.

Entombment services will be conducted on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
