Mrs. Patricia Ann Sost, 83, of Lake Butler, passed away on Sunday morning, January 20, 2019 at her residence following a extended illness surrounded by her family. She was born in Bronx, New York on October 17, 1935 to the late Patrick and Agnes Payne Kelly. She has been a resident of the Lake Butler area since 1988 and was a homemaker all of her life. She was a member of the Red Hats Society, the New Comers and enjoyed sewing and Bunco. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren where her life and she was a loving, caring mother. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Sost.
She is survived by her two sons; Lawrence Sost (Melody) of Huntsville, AL and Paul Sost (Maryanne) of Davie, FL; three daughters; Charlene Liston (Christopher), and Patricia Hyde both of Providence and Kathleen Sost of O’Brien; two brothers; Robert Kelly (Arline) of Gainesville, Ga., and Richard Kelly (Victoria) of West Caldwell, NJ., along with two special friends; Linda Isbel and Dianna Swain. Nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sost will be conducted on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Robert Wineberg officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. (one hour prior to the services) at the funeral home.
