Lee Anne Cone, 69, of Fort White, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, December 29, 2018 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born in Toronto, Canada on May 26, 1949 to the late Victor and Margaret McConnachie McGraw. She has lived in the Lake City area since 1999, moving here from the Largo area where she was an Attendance Specialist with the Pinellas County School System. In her spare time, she enjoyed listening to country music, reading, gardening, crafting and crocheting. She was also of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her loving husband, Martin S. Cone of Fort White, FL; son; Eric Cone of Valdosta; daughter; Trisha Allison (Tommy) of Jacksonville, FL; brother; Lance McGraw of Perry, FL and sister; Victoria McGraw of Pinellas Park, FL. Two grandchildren; Hannah and Hunter Allison both of Jacksonville along with extended family members and friends also survive.
Graveside Funeral services for Mrs. Cone will be conducted on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Lake City with Rev. Jerry Tyre officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. (one hour prior to the services) in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel.
