My heart is so saddened by the passing of my best friend of my years in Marion, Arkansas. Jakie was a person you could always count on and I remember him so well. May God welcome him within the gates of heaven where he will be rewarded for all his earthly deeds.

Jakie and I were schoolmates and teammates on the basketball and football teams at Marion High School for years, and I was always glad to have him on my team. There are no words to ease the pain of losing someone we love. The pain and grief can seem unbearable.
