She was my 4th Grade Language Arts teacher at Williston Middle School and the best kind of teacher anyone could ever have. She was kind and compassionate and made sure I kept up in class! This will be your first Thanksgiving without her. God bless you! I pray each of you find peace and have a special time to celebrate together knowing how special she was to so many.

Mrs. Clara was a perfect role model of a Godly woman. When we got married in 1997 she attended our wedding her in Louisiana. There was a relationship that was formed and she would always write us notes and letters. It was always so full of good news of her family and herself. She was very proud of all her family. I remember one time we visited Lewis and Cindy and Cindy took us to her house to visit with her. I thought this will be great and we would go out and eat with her......I was wrong about going out and eat. She had already prepared a meal (feast) for us. I can't remember everything we had but it was so delicious.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Lewis and all his family.
