Bhuriben T. Maisuria

Bhuriben T. Maisuria, 94 of Lake City, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2019, at the Lake City Medical Center in Lake City.  She was born in Mangrol, Gujarat State, India to the late Lallubhai Maisuria and Maliben Maisuria.  Mrs. Maisuria had made her home in Bluefield, Virginia since the early 1990’s and moving to Lake City in 2014.  She was a teacher by trade and enjoyed teaching and tutoring students.  Mrs. Maisuria loved reading, singing and quilting.  She was always encouraging her family and loved to spend time with them.  Mrs. Maisuria was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Thakorbhai Maisuria, in 2018.

Survivors include his son; Jagdish Mehta (Ramilaben) of Manning, SC; daughters, Urmilaben Mehta of Newark, DE, Rekha Chand of Lake City, FL and Shobhaben Maisuria (Sunil) of Jacksonville, FL; Ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren along with numerous family members and friends.

Services for Mrs. Maisuria will be conducted on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow after the services.
