Adam Gabriel Haake, 18, of Ft. White, passed away suddenly on June 3, 2018. He was born in El Paso, Texas to Theadore William and Patricia Sikora Haake on August 25, 1999. He has made the Columbia County area his home with his family for the last fourteen years, moving here from the South Florida area. He was in Customer Service at McDonalds and was in the JROTC, Criminal Justice and Auto Mechanics classes while attending school. He was of the Christian faith, and enjoyed woodworking, fishing, playing video games, card games and gardening. He also loved any and all animals. He was the sweetest, most helpful person, and was a lot of fun to be around He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Gertrude and Frank Sikora.
He is survived by his loving parents; Ted and Patricia Haake of Ft. White; siblings; Amy Hall (Jason) of Lake City, Raymond Haake (Samantha) of Citra, FL, Jessica Haake of Dunedin, FL, Angela Wimmer (Tim) of Lake City, Mindy Haake of Ft. White, Violet Moreno of Lake City and Joseph Haake of Ft. White; Paternal Grandmother; Geraldine Peterson of Sebring, FL; half-siblings; Tim Haake (Jennifer) of Wilmington, IL, Stephanie Clubb (Brandon) of Coal City, IL and Jen McPherson (Daniel) of Palm Bay, FL. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts, Uncles and friends also survive.
Celebration of Life services for Adam will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 12 Noon, and will be conducted in the New Horizon Church of Christ, 6130 US HWY 441 S., Lake City, FL, 32025, with Minister Marcus Elliott officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Horizon Church in Adam’s Memory.
