William "Dr. Bill" Edward Frazier

April 13, 1934 ~ January 18, 2018 (age 83) 83 Years Old

Mr. William Edward “Dr. Bill” Frazier, 83, of Lake City passed away with total peace with the Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Haven Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center in Lake City surrounded by his family. A native of Lynchburg, VA, Bill was the son of the late C.P. and Ola Frazier and served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force including 4 long years in the Korean Conflict along with many other places around the world. In 1972 he moved to Lake City and soon began practicing nutritional medicine. For the past 46 years he has helped thousands of people back to better health. Bills passion for helping others was unmeasurable. His faith in GOD, loyalty to his country and the love for his family and friends was second to none. Bills friends say “once you meet him, you will have a friendship that will last forever”. Bill was a member of Ramona Park Church in Lake City. Bill was preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry, Don, Larry and Tommy.

 

Bill is survived by his wife, Sylvia Frazier; sons, Steve (Joy), Edward (Maritza) and Timothy (Marti) all of Lake City; daughter, Mary Cooper of Wasilla, Alaska; stepchildren, Charles “Chuck” Brown (Afton), David Brown (Amy), and Libby Moore (Joe); 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren also survive.

 

Memorial services for Bill will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Monday, January 22, 2018 at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Elders Paul Campbell and Jerry Krummich officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 2:00-3:00 (one hour before service) at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Haven Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center, 6037 US 90 West, Lake City, FL 32055.
