I have known Dudley from way back at Summer's Elementary. Throughout childhood and early adulthood, we shared many classes and experiences that are fond memories. Dudley was a great guy, always one of the most intelligent, quickest and most athletic guys in our class of '77. Over the years I have tried to keep track of how he was doing, and have thought of him often. It gives me peace to think he is in heaven probably arm wrestling or racing his cousin Kirk. My prayers go out to his loving family. Take Care Dudley,
Mark Hamm

I knew Dudley since the 6th grade or longer. He was an energetic, extremely smart student. He would breeze through tough Math classes I could only hope to make a passing grade at! I always admired him and his special way. He was one of a kind, for sure. Heaven has gained a good soul. God Speed my childhood friend. I love you and will see you again. R.I.P. May your parents find strength during this time. They too are exceptional people. Many may never know such a great guy, but I am a better man for the times we had and the experiences we shared. My deepest sympathy and best wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Cason, and sister Delan. My very best regards, Glen Perry

To the family of Dudley Cason, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son and please know you will be in my prayers. I met Ms. Cason where I worked at the time, before my retirement at Columbia County Bank and she was so humble and kind. My son suffers from a debilitating mental illness and she was able to under stand the heartache I was dealing with...May God give you and your family the Peace and Comfort at this time and all days ahead...God Bless...

So sorry to hear of Dudley's passing. I remember him growing up, and though we didn't live very long in Lake City I still have some fond memories of him and your family. I will keep you in my prayers during the hard time.
