Judith Annette “Judy” Onorati, 57 of Ft. White, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at her home surrounded with her family. Judy was born in New Berlin, New York and was raised in Middletown, Connecticut and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School class of 1978 in Middletown. She had previously lived in the Lake Worth and Ft Lauderdale area prior to moving to Ft. White in 2005. Judy was currently working as the Food Service Director with Columbia Correctional Institute having been there since 2011. She loved being outdoors, horseback riding, going to the beach and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie L. Gould and one brother, J.R. Gould.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years of marriage, David P. Onorati, Ft. White; two daughters, Brittany Onorati and Rebecca Onorati both of Ft. White; one grandson, Bryson Blake, Ft. White; her father, Clarence E. Gould; two brothers, Jeff Gould and Jay Gould both of Cromwell, CT; three sisters, Jackie Keithen (Richard), Cromwell, CT, Jill Negrelli (Butch), Middletown, CT and Kimberly Leonard (Scott), Rocky Hill, CT; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel of Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 am to 11:45 am, prior to the service at the funeral home.
