So, so sorry to hear about Dan. He and I go back a long way when I was the Maintenance Engineer in Gainesville then again when I was training engineer for both the FDOT maintenance and construction division. He was a very nice and knowledgeable man and will be missed.

Luann, my most sincere condolences to you and the family. Danny will be greatly missed by us all from St. Pat's Family, all Alumni and Class '57. He was and will always be remembered for the wonderful Friend and Class President. I'm honored to have been one of his friends from those school days and up to through now. He was my email buddy. I went to him for any questions, opinions and advise, never said no, always gave me an answer. I'm going to miss him and his Christmas Card. He's one in a million Human Being, good and proud Irishman. To Danny, you will always be in my daily prayers until we meet again, love you, Lourdes

I knew Dan at St. Patrick's High School in Miami Beach. My brother, Jim, graduated in 1954, my brother, Joe in 1956, Dan in 1957, and I graduated in 1959. Dan was an outstanding football player with Joe as the quarterback and Dan in the backfield. Dan was a 3 sport letterman along with myself and my brother's. In baseball, Dan played 3rd base. Joe pitched and played first base. I was a freshman on the baseball team in 1956 and I played the outfield. I consider Dan a friend and I always looked up to him. My prayers are with his family.
